You can place an order for boards directly on our website and inquiries about a grazing table can be made through our website’s contact form or by emailing jess@sagegrazing.com. For grazing tables, we recommend booking at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability.

We are based in Valparaiso, IN and serve the surrounding areas. Our boards are available for pickup at The Lincoln Kitchen 704 Silhavy Rd Valparaiso, IN 46383 and we offer local delivery for an $8 fee. Delivery and setup fees for grazing tables are included in the per guest rate.

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for charcuterie board orders and two weeks’ notice for grazing tables. However, if you have a last-minute request, feel free to reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate if possible!

Yes, a $200 deposit is required to secure your grazing table booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event.

We customize each grazing table based on your event size and guest count. Our tables typically serve anywhere from 20 to 100 + guests. Contact us for recommendations based on your event!

Absolutely! We offer customization options for dietary restrictions, color themes, or specific food preferences. Let us know what you have in mind, and we’ll tailor the spread to your needs.

Yes! We can create gluten-free and nut-free options upon request. Please note that while we take precautions, our kitchen is not allergen-free.

Yes! Sage Grazing Co. is fully licensed and operates in compliance with all local and state health department regulations. We are also fully insured, ensuring a safe and professional experience for every event.

Individual orders cancelled at least 3 days prior to date of service will receive a refund in full. Orders cancelled less than 3 days prior to delivery will receive a 50% credit towards a future order. Orders cancelled less than 48 hours in advance are not eligible for refund, but can be rescheduled to another date.
